Cashew is central to Guinea-Bissau's economy, yet most of the value has historically left the country unprocessed.

Guinea-Bissau is one of the world's most origin-important raw cashew markets, but the sector has remained heavily dependent on raw export flows. That pattern limits domestic employment, technical capability, and industrial value retention.

The structural opportunity is straightforward: move part of the shelling, grading, and packing margin onshore. The precedent is visible elsewhere in West Africa, where industrial processing has expanded once reliable capacity, quality systems, and export discipline were established.

Our company

Bissau Kernel Co. is being established as an operating business under the Xanadu Global holding structure.

The company was founded to build a credible, export-facing cashew processing platform in Guinea-Bissau with operational coordination between Bissau and the United Kingdom. The focus is on execution, not rapid consumer branding.

Its role is to source raw nuts, process them into EU-grade kernels, and supply institutional buyers through structured commercial channels. Ownership details, registrations, and final governance disclosures will be published in line with project milestones.
